Green Lipped Mussel contains essential omega-3 fatty acids, glycosaminoglycans (chondroitin sulphate), glutamine, vitamins C and E and antioxidant micronutrients (including zinc, copper and selenium) that can be beneficial in helping to maintain joint health.
